I sincerely dislike award shows.
I fail to see the point to them and feel they do more harm than good, it’s just politics for the creative arts.
Thank you for taking art and bastardizing it into a contest. Last time I checked art wasn’t a sport like hockey or football. Why the hell do we have competitions for it, especially when all the people competing already make tons of money.

I've bought too much gear in Feb.
Like. I have just enough to pay rent.
BUT when my bass case came in the mail today. I was so giddy. I forgot my car. That’s how excited I was. I don’t even care that it smells like tobacco. It’s perfect.

I hate it when someone looks at a guitar/amp/pedal whatever and says “man that looks cool” cuz the damn thing is bright orange or has a dinosaur wrestling Abraham Lincoln on it. Who cares what the hell it looks like? Last time I checked music was a sonic experience.
Put my effects in unpainted gray boxes, see if I give a shit.
Really excited for the new Studio Ghibli flick.
